At Papa De Luxe, every order is prepared with care and attention to detail. We aim to dispatch all orders as quickly as possible while maintaining the quality and standards our customers expect.
Order Processing
Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays.
Please allow 1–3 business days for your order to be prepared for dispatch.
During new product launches, pre-orders or promotional periods, processing times may be extended. If this occurs, we will communicate any significant delays via email.
UK Shipping
All UK orders are shipped using fully tracked delivery services.
Shipping options and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information.
European Union Shipping
We ship to selected countries across the European Union.
Delivery times vary depending on the destination country and customs procedures.
Customers will receive tracking details once their order has been dispatched.
Any applicable duties, taxes or import charges will be clearly communicated at checkout where possible. Where these charges are not collected at checkout, they remain the responsibility of the customer.
International Shipping
Papa De Luxe offers international shipping to selected destinations worldwide.
Delivery estimates are provided at checkout and may vary depending on the destination and local customs procedures.
Customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes or customs charges imposed by their local authorities unless otherwise stated during checkout.
Pre-Orders
From time to time, Papa De Luxe releases products on a pre-order basis.
Estimated dispatch dates are displayed on the relevant product page.
If your order contains both pre-order and in-stock items, your order may be shipped together once the pre-order item is ready, unless otherwise stated.
If you require separate shipments, additional shipping charges may apply.
Delivery Delays
While we work closely with our shipping partners, delivery estimates are not guaranteed.

Lost Parcels

We will work with the courier to investigate the shipment before issuing a replacement or refund where appropriate.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for ensuring that their delivery address is accurate at the time of purchase.
Papa De Luxe cannot be held responsible for delays, losses or additional shipping costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete delivery information provided during checkout.
Refused Deliveries
If a shipment is refused or returned due to unpaid customs charges, an incorrect address or repeated failed delivery attempts, any refund issued may be reduced by:
