EU Returns Policy

European Union Customers

If your order is delivered within the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without providing a reason, in accordance with applicable EU consumer protection laws.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify Papa De Luxe within 14 days of receiving your order by contacting darcy@papadeluxe.co.uk.

Once your return request has been approved, the item must be returned within 14 days of notifying us.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, items must:

  • Be unworn, unwashed, and unused.

  • Be returned in their original condition with all original tags and packaging.

  • Be free from damage, stains, odours, or alterations.

Returned items are inspected upon arrival. Returns that do not meet these conditions may be refused and returned to the customer.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, any approved refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or receiving evidence that the goods have been returned, whichever comes first.

Original standard delivery charges will be refunded where required by applicable law. Any additional delivery charges resulting from selecting a premium or expedited shipping service are non-refundable.

Return Shipping Costs

Unless the item is faulty, incorrect, or otherwise required by law, customers are responsible for the cost of returning their order.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as Papa De Luxe cannot accept responsibility for returns lost in transit.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible at darcy@papadeluxe.co.uk.

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photographs of the item

Where a manufacturing fault is confirmed, Papa De Luxe will provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with applicable consumer laws, which may include a repair, replacement, or refund.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned unless they are faulty or incorrect:

  • Items marked as Final Sale.

  • Gift cards.

  • Personalised or customised products.
