Store credit allows us to maintain fair pricing, reduce waste, and continue producing small, considered runs without overproduction.

Where required by UK consumer law, refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Store credit can be used across all current and future Papa De Luxe collections.

International

All international sales are final unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, customs duties, and import taxes. These charges are non-refundable.
